We have been providing care in our home for over 20 years. 20 years ago I started out as a CNA visiting homes and caring for the elderly. I was sadden by the lack of personalization in the care and my visits to nursing homes were depressing. From those experiences I thought there must be a better way to provide care and decided to open my home to treat people the way I wanted my own parents to be treated. My belief is that quality care helps seniors or the disabled to stay mentally sharp.The caring of a small group of residents in a home provides an extended family to our residents. I also understand the desire for people to stay in their home as long as possible so we also provide services in the patients home. Not just for the elderly but anyone needing assistance.
